TASTING NOTES

I am a self proclaimed oenophile, blogging my way through my quarter life crisis. I made a massive life change when I hit the breaking point in my career - the break up. I knew I deserved happiness and it was time to stop doing something that did not make me happy. After 5+ years in a tumultuous relationship, I made the split official and resigned from the burden of my career in property management.

The epiphany to make the change was coupled with my realization of what truly made me happy: dogs and wine. My motivation is to have a place to share these pillars of happiness with others. The vision is to own a dog friendly wine shop where I can spend my days discussing wine in the company of happy customers and my snoring pups. 

This blog is documenting my adventures along the way. With every wine glass poured,  winery event attended, and hours spent working in tasting rooms, I am getting closer to my dream job. I have been picked from the vine, destemmed and crushed; now I am ready to ferment.
